New Site Design

The last time the Asiya's Shadows site design was revamped was January 2003. It was definitely time for an upgrade.

The biggest change is that the coding behind this site was switched from HTML to PHP. PHP automates some features that are manual or impossible with HTML, and allows for greater control over the way content is presented.

The menu sidebar categories have changed so the pages are grouped more logically now. If you are looking for a specific page or topic, I hope that you will be able to find it easily. If not, check out the new Advanced Search feature. :)

You can now comment directly about content on the page itself. This feature replaces the Guestbook.

I removed several pages and features as I felt they had outstayed their welcome. They are still HTML-accessible via search engines and bookmarks, but they do not have a place on the new site.
