I want to explain this next banner. :) The Hebrew letters spell "Assiah", the fourth Kabbalistic world. Malkuth, the tenth and final Sephira on the Tree of Life, is the sole Sephira in Assiah. Malkuth corresponds to our physical Earth, and is where the four elements manifest. "Asiya" is also an alternate spelling of "Assiah". The four colors used are citrine, olive, russet, and black, which are the colors for Malkuth on the Queen Scale.
